Generating a global plan that will reach the whole group, but respect each business unit was the great communication challenge of the PRESENT campaign.
Being PRESENT, is more than a campaign linked to COVID.
Communication during COVID was a wide part of the integral strategy realized by Techint Group, which has a strong bond with its communities. The first step to identify which was the most suitable help, a population and sanitary system analysis per community was carried out. Then, a consequential reinforcement plan was designed alongside the directors of each hospital.
An action plan of such scale implied communication efforts in different directions. A global communication plan was consolidated, with the presence of the media, social networking, and internal communications for employees.
All social networking that focuses on communities where Techint Group is inserted is intended to transmit high-quality information with the recommended guidelines provided by the local, regional, and national sanitary authorities, about prevention and health care, with the objective of making the citizens conscious about this topic. These contents also were present at an internal communicational level in each society, using diverse channels to reach collaborators and vendors’ personnel: Intranet, WhatsApp business, plant journals, posters, and interventions in common and collective spaces. In this way, a global plan that would reach the whole group and respect the identities of each unit was achieved, bringing something solid in these times of uncertainty.
The campaign was awarded as the best campaign linked to COVID crisis in the category “Sustainability in health,” in the EIKON Awards 2021.
